Regional Account Managers - Industrial Laser Technology

Position: Leverage your bilingualism (in eastern Canada) and experience with a manufacturer, systems integrator, distributor, or manufacturing rep organization, with this global laser capital equipment corporation.

In the EAST (Based in Halifax, Moncton or Montreal) or in the WEST (Based in Edmonton or Calgary, you will be introducing to the Eastern or Western Canadian market, the widest range of laser sources including CO2 lasers, fiber lasers, solid-state, diode and various q-switch lasers. Responsibilities will include:

  • Establish long-term relationships with manufacturing engineers, product engineers, engineering and purchasing management at customer plant sites and corporate offices.
  • Develop relationship and work with various system integrators in the territory.
  • Understand and define quotation requirements for lasers and laser systems.
  • Product, application and sales presentations to end-user customers and system integrators.
  • Work with customers and applications lab to develop and promote new laser applications.
  • Work with all internal departments to provide customer feedback and competitive information.
  • Work with other field sales personnel on multi-territory projects and Follow-up on various forms of sales leads, industry mailings and "grapevine" information.

    Your demonstrated success developing and managing an industrial sales territory, complements your ability to strategically target and capitalize on business opportunities, prepare winning proposals, close contracts and provide unparalleled quality customer service and support.

    If you have at least three years of Laser and/or laser related industry experience, enjoy travel (50%+) throughout Quebec and Atlantic Canada, have a university degree in Engineering, or are a Technical College graduate, bring your sales success and team player attitude to this global leader where Continuous Process Improvement and a Quality Work-Life Balance, is a way of life.
